The taper of the Naturall+ implant optimizes implantation close to curved roots, approaches sinus cavities as closely as possible, and offers more positioning latitude for any adjacent implants. It also allows easier insertion of the implant, guided by the direct engagement of the first third of the implant, and less aggressive thanks to the introduction without screwing the end of the body of the implant; the cortical bone is less solicited and free from any heating during the insertion of the upper part of the implant.
